Unbelievable service down to every little detail — they think of everything. We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday here and were blown away by the effort they put into making it special, with handmade decorations, a video compilation with pics from our stay, and invites that they made for her to hand out to the other children. That’s just one example of several. And everything is thoughtfully eco-friendly too, using recycled materials in the kids club (the Eco Den) and minimizing the footprint whenever possible…which leads me to my only caveat, which is that the rooms are all made from bamboo and wood and very beautiful but a bit rickety, which would be no problem for adults but gave us slight concern with small children. It just meant that we had to be extra vigilant accompanying them around the property, but a small price to pay for truly exceptional hospitality in a fantastic location with amazing food and activities. It’s a very special spot.

Our recent stay at Soneva Kiri was truly exceptional. Accompanied by our children of 8, 6 and 3 years old we experienced unparalleled hospitality, exquisite cuisine, and a lifestyle that seamlessly blended luxury with environmental responsibility. The resort's substantial commitment to sustainability added a profound depth to our overall impression, making it a distinguished and unforgettable retreat. The perfect blend of family sports, including sailing, and the serenity of yoga made our stay unforgettable. The resort provided a fantastic environment for creating cherished memories, strengthening family bonds, and promoting both physical and mental well-being. Highly recommend for families with young children.

Outstanding service. I've stayed in multiple hotels in Thailand and I'd say this is better than four seasons options here. Absolutely stunning location. But level of detail in service and hospitality is what takes the cake.

This review should have been 5 stars. Everything is wonderful except the reservation and financial department. It is very hard to deal with. The link for payment cannot go through and need to figure out by myself that don’t change the name on the link to match the card(name on the link shown up like family name and welcome) if change to exact name on the card, the transaction will not go though. What a insecure payment process! They did not know or provided the solution or notice this issue. Email takes time to response 2-3 days at least so end up calling. The worst is I need a refund on the credit card when making reservation since I paid on different card when check in. They said it takes 14-21 days to get the refund back to the card. That is fine. My understanding the refund process was start on the day I check in or check out. 15 days later call and check if the refund almost completed, they said it will start process tomorrow and will take 14-21 days!! What the waste of time for 15 days!! Not start the process? This is really terrible experience and never expect from 5-6 star hotels. This pissed me off when making reservation as I tried 6 of my credit cards did not go through then waste another 15 days; refund process has not started at my credit card issuer.

After 3 years of I did my booking, I finally went to this greater hotel. It’s the most beautiful memory I have experienced on an unforgettable location. Everything was great, since the moment I did the booking until the moment I left the hotel. I really recommend this place to anyone who can afford it. I hope to come back soon
